I really enjoy the conversations with Lisa. The feedback and guidance she has given to me has been great. I did not start to track my food intake in the app, but we purchased more nuts, and I started to do the 10 to 1 push up sit up x3/week. I've enjoyed working with Katie and she's been very helpful and has given me good tips to be successful. going to try all the suggestions from today's session and look forward to our next session! I always thought it was more carbs, proteins, and fats and sugar categories that things fell into. This has given me a new nutritional avenue to explore. I am also interested in researching Adrenal Fatigue Syndrome further and ways I can boost my energy levels through natural supplements. I truly appreciate your help as I refocus my mindset on what I need to do & to be more mindful of in order to move on through the next chapter of life. My answer to whether or not I am looking forward to a follow-up nutrition appointment has nothing to do with Elba - she was great. It has more to do with my thoughts and feelings. The neutral answer on looking forward to a follow-up appointment does not have anything to do with Elba - she was great. It has more to do with my overall attitude at this point in time. I enjoyed the opportunity to learn from Elba during my series of nutritional sessions. This program is really beneficial. The initial program I joined wasn't what i expected, and not a good fit for me. But I really like Katherine and I'm feeling optimistic after my second appointment with her where we reevaluated my approach to all of this. Great information and very well informed, lots of info to "digest" ! Aislinn is easy to talk to and shows a genuine interest in helping me reach my health goals :) Katherine is great, thorough and with lots of very helpful information. Great and achievable suggestions to add more variety of proteins to diet all been great! giving me hope that I'll find the right solution! Working with Katherine has had a big improvement on my overall health. My Dr's are very pleased with the positive results of all blood work. I'm looking forward to continuing the support receive to reach my goal. sarah is full of great info to help me to he healthy without meds (hopefully)she also has a great personality for provider/client relations excellent first appointment. looking forward to continuing our work Kate has been awesome!
